因为喜欢高度数的酒,自己搞了这么个,哈哈,酵母用wlp099经过4l麦汁扩培再用。不知道酿造过程会出什么问题,是只用一个wlp099从头到尾好,还是前期用个诺丁汉或者M42之类的,再用wlp099二发比较好,或者需不需要高泡期结束后再投入消过毒的麦精和蜂蜜,避免一下子比重太高?有没有人酿过P值高的酒,,
