第三届“大师杯”中国家酿啤酒大奖赛定于2014年10月15日在北京中国国际博览中心举行。本届大奖赛由北京自酿啤酒协会主办。
本届“大师杯”选址北京中国国际博览中心,正值国际瞩目的2014(第十一届)中国国际酒、饮料制造技术及设备展览会期间。组委会借此盛会,特意聘请国外精酿业界知名人士及国内专业酿酒师和品酒师担任评委,组成了最为专业和权威的裁判团队,将对中国精酿啤酒做出一场空前的评定!
本届大赛分为拉格(Lager)、小麦(Wheat)、IPA&PA、淡色艾尔(pale ale)、深色艾尔(dark ale)、增味( Specialty)等6个组别。评委会将依照分组对所有参赛作品评分,决出每个分组前三名,再由裁判委员会讨论,评出全场总冠军。(分组信息见文末)

一支象征大师身份的麦芽搅拌棒
印有“大师”字样的皮质围裙
德国Speidel价值20000元的原装家酿设备一套
在南京精工啤酒公司现场酿制两吨冠军作品的机会
为了突出各个地区的团队精神,本届大奖赛特设团体冠军奖。团体奖由各地参赛选手个人成绩总和最多的团队获得。获得团体冠军的地方自酿协会将获得下届“大师杯”的主办权。
“大师杯”比赛期间,北京自酿啤酒协会将同时举办“中国精酿啤酒论坛”,探讨行业关心的文化、技术和政策问题。高岩将做题为《中国精酿啤酒的发展与展望》的报告;银海将介绍精酿啤酒市场销售的一些实战,成都丰收精酿的王睿将与听众分享如何建立一个小型啤酒厂并获取资质”;北京自酿啤酒协会会长李威介绍北京自酿协会的发展模式。同时,有关技术专家将带来诸如“啤酒酵母的选择与应用”等技术讲座。本届论坛将全部采用中文,切中目前精酿发展的几个主要瓶颈问题,将会极大地推动中国精酿运动进入下一个里程碑。
在成功地举办了前两届“大师杯”后,从今年起,高大师精酿啤酒将不再作为活动主办方参与此项活动,仅作为赞助商出现。希望各地自酿协会能够携起手来,把“大师杯”真正办成一项草根们的活动。
